Follows the RICS HomeBuyer format and provides a more detailed inspection than the valuation report that is for your lender.
Inspection can take upto 2 hours for an average property. The inspection includes access to the roof void and drain covers are lifted where possible.
The HomeBuyer level of reporting is geared for standard properties that haven’t been extensively altered of extended and built in approximately the last 150 years.

The most comprehensive level of reporting for the purchase of a residential property.
This was commonly referred to as a Structural Survey, but is now titled a Building Survey.
This level of survey is most suitable to your older and more complex properties.
The report structure can be in line with the RICS Template or, can follow a surveyors bespoke format.
